As of 2020, I’m a 25x Tough Mudder Finisher. That includes 7x Tougher Mudder Finisher, 2x Toughest Mudder Finisher, and 2x World’s Toughest Mudder Finisher.
My health and fitness journey really started in 2014 when a doctor told me that I was morbidly obese. There were times before then when I had tried to lose weight, but nothing that really stuck.
I’ve been seriously committed to becoming a healthier and fitter version of myself since then.
